Emirates Developments and ELIE SAAB have announced STELLAR by ELIE SAAB, the first branded residential project on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The development marks a new step in the island’s growth as a destination for contemporary living and long-term investment.
Located in the centre of Yas Island, the project is designed to fit naturally within its surroundings, with close access to the island’s leisure, cultural, and waterfront areas. Residents will have views of the sea and nearby landscapes, along with a sense of privacy despite being near major attractions.
STELLAR includes 144 residences, offering a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, 3- and 4-bedroom garden villas, and a 5-bedroom duplex penthouse. The architecture focuses on clean lines, light-filled spaces, and natural materials, creating smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor areas.
Inside, the homes reflect ELIE SAAB’s approach to balance and refined design. The common areas feature furniture and décor from the ELIE SAAB Maison collection, created by Elie Saab and designer Carlo Colombo and produced in Italy. The pieces follow the brand’s emphasis on craftsmanship and quality.

Scheduled for completion in 2028, STELLAR by ELIE SAAB aims to offer a calm, well-designed living environment that brings together architecture, nature, and practical luxury.
