From what to know and wear, to new drops and the ultimate spots to dine – Esquire Weekly is your go-to reference.

    The Collection

Burberry is coming home. With Back to the City, Daniel Lee turns his lens toward London, celebrating the capital in all its complexity: iconic skyline, storied architecture, and the mix of Londoners who breathe life into it. “Think of it as a guided tour of this incredible city,” says Lee, and that spirit carries through the Autumn 2025 collection.

    Esquire Weekly

Esquire Weekly Key styles from the collection: A floaty capelet, functional field jacket and leather bomber jacket are inspired by heritage details. Tailoring comes in wool and cashmere, and the Burberry Check is woven into silk blend trousers, denim jeans and wool kilts.

Accessories lean timeless with a twist. The Strand bag references quilted tradition but arrives fresh, while new takes on the Highlands family bring embossed leathers and coated checks to shoulder bags and bowling shapes. The Cotswolds tote, complete with trench-inspired hardware, ties it back to the brand’s DNA.

    The Jersey

Adidas and AlNassr revealed the club’s 2025/26 home jersey inside a frozen block of ice and left under the desert sun until it emerged, gleaming gold. The stunt, staged in the King Abdullah Financial District, captured the spirit of both the city and its club: resilience, drama, and ambition.

    ADIDAS AND ALNASSR

The jersey itself is more than just a kit; it’s a milestone. Designed to mark AlNassr’s 70th anniversary, it introduces a refreshed club crest and special sock detail etched with “1955,” a nod to the year the Knights were founded. The golden palette nods to the Riyadh sun while signalling victory and aspiration.

On the performance side, adidas brings its AEROREADY technology, moisture-wicking, breathable, and engineered for elite play. Mesh inserts keep the jersey comfortable during high intensity, while cut and fabric keep it sharp off the pitch. When the block finally melted, the water was used to nourish flowers onsite, adding a symbolic finish to a dramatic launch.

    The Fragrance

The House of Creed has introduced its latest fragrance, Oud Zarian, a bold and elegant creation that captures the rarest expression of oud. At the heart of the scent lies an extraordinary 80-year-aged oud sourced from the forests of Sylhet in South Asia, where time and nature converge to produce a resin of remarkable depth. This rare ingredient forms the soul of Oud Zarian, anchoring the fragrance with a velvety, resinous richness that speaks to heritage and refinement.

    Creed Oud Zarian

The fragrance opens with a luminous blend of bergamot, ginger, and frankincense, offering a bright, spicy-citrus intrigue that draws the senses in. At its core, rose centifolia lends a delicate floral touch, balanced with warm spice accords to create a refined harmony. The base reveals the true strength of the composition, where the aged oud melds with patchouli, creamy sandalwood, and myrrh, deepened further by the subtle sweetness of tonka bean and the earthy warmth of liquorice root.

With its layered sophistication, Creed’s latest creation continues the brand’s legacy of timeless scents designed for those who appreciate the exceptional.

    The Summer Escape

If ever there was a hotel built for grandeur, it’s Raffles The Palm Dubai. The palatial resort, perched on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah, has long been a byword for opulence. This summer, it’s inviting UAE and GCC residents to rediscover its lavish world with a suite of curated escapes running through October 12, 2025.

    Raffles The Palm Dubai

The Raffles Summer Retreat offers 20% off stays and dining, plus 30% off spa treatments. Families benefit most: up to two children under 12 stay free, daily breakfast is included, and suite or villa bookings unlock early check-in and late check-out. For those craving even more privacy, the Raffles Villa Retreat is the crown jewel. Guests receive private in-villa check-in, chauffeur-driven transfers in a Rolls-Royce or Bentley, and daily breakfast prepared by an in-house chef.

    Raffles The Palm Dubai

But it’s not just the offers that set Raffles apart. From storied interiors to sprawling accommodations, every detail is crafted with heritage and spectacle in mind. Guests move from wellness rituals to fine dining to family beach time seamlessly.

The summer escape blends value with indulgence, reaffirming Raffles as one of Dubai’s true icons of hospitality. Esquire Weekly recommends.

    The Flavour

There are few rituals more synonymous with the end of summer than the return of pumpkin spice. Nespresso knows it, and this year, their Pumpkin Spice Cake blend returns to the UAE for a limited time. Loved by loyalists and newcomers alike, the blend combines Arabica beans from Ethiopia and Latin America with a medley of cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, and, of course, pumpkin.

On its own, the cup is smooth, spiced, and subtly sweet. Add milk, and it transforms into creamy biscuit notes, buttery and nostalgic, like dessert in a cup.

More than just an Esquire Weekly flavour, the release signals a season. In a country where autumn isn’t marked by leaves on the ground, pumpkin spice becomes shorthand for cosy mornings and festive anticipation.

    The Family Outing

The school run might be looming, but at Dubai Parks™ and Resorts, the holidays don’t end just yet. With Back to School, Back to Fun, running until 7 September 2025, the destination is turning the season into one last family adventure.

Start with RIVERLAND™ Dubai – a hub of themed dining and live atmosphere. From there, the options unfold: LEGOLAND® Dubai for younger kids, MOTIONGATE™ Dubai for thrill seekers, and the headline newcomer, Real Madrid World – the only theme park of its kind.

Inside Real Madrid World, families can explore arcade-style challenges, skill zones, and digital experiences inspired by the legendary club. Kids can pose with life-sized player installations or stock up on official school-ready merchandise. Across all parks, themed shops offer discounts on backpacks, supplies, and limited-edition gear, turning school prep into part of the fun.

Dining rounds out the day with everything from dinosaur-themed cafés to Italian trattorias and Irish pubs. Packed with activities, thrills, and giveaways, it’s the perfect way to squeeze the last drops of summer before the bell rings.
