Basically, the New Balance 1906 Loafer is a mix between a penny loafer and a running shoe. It has a soft suede upper, synthetic details, and New Balance’s comfy 860v2 sole with added cushioning at the heel. The brand calls it a “fresh take on smart casual,” meant to blend style, comfort, and a bit of surprise.
But here’s the thing: I’m not sold. While I’ve been loving most comebacks in fashion lately, this one’s not for me.
