Beach clubs have become a quintessential part of planning a summer holiday but not all of them are built the same. Gigi Rigolatto, the name behind the cult favourite addresses in Paris, Saint-Tropez, and Dubai, is setting up shop at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum for a pop-up that’s big on Italian flavour and Mediterranean style.
Opened this June, the Gigi Bodrum instalment offers a preview of what’s to come, with a full-scale permanent location already in the works for 2026.

The restaurant features 140 seats on an open terrace with front-row views of the Aegean Sea. Expect a menu that spans from Tuscan comfort dining to Puglian seafood, and a Bellini Bar that doesn’t hold back on the classics. It’s the kind of place made for long lunches that turn into sundowners with always the option to stretch well into the evening.

Designed by Franco-Mexican architect Hugo Toro, the space blends retro Italian references with laid-back coastal aesthetics. And if you’re the type who likes to leave with more than just a buzz, there’s also a curated concept store on-site, offering everything from swim shorts and sunglasses to homeware and grooming essentials you may have forgotten to pack.
Whether you’re flying in for the weekend or planning a longer escape, Gigi at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum may be the Italian-style summer getaway you didn’t know you needed.
